{"id":734,"date":"2022-09-21T23:51:56","date_gmt":"2022-09-21T23:51:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/newweb.alimentarichile.cl\/wp\/?p=734"},"modified":"2022-09-22T00:13:01","modified_gmt":"2022-09-22T00:13:01","slug":"creme-brulee","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alimentarichile.cl\/web\/creme-brulee\/","title":{"rendered":"Cr\u00eame Brul\u00e9e"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Ingredientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>2 cdas. de Vainilla (30 mL)<\/li><li>2 tazas de Crema de leche para batir (500 mL)<\/li><li>4 cdas. de Yema en polvo (30 gr)<\/li><li>4 cdas de Agua fr\u00eda (60 mL)<\/li><li>\u00bd taza de az\u00facar granulada (115 gr)<\/li><li>\u00bc taza de az\u00facar rubia (60 gr).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Procedimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Precalentar el horno a temperatura media baja (150\u00b0C). Engrasar con aceite moldes de vidrio o cer\u00e1mica aptos para el horno (ramekins).<\/li><li>En una olla, calentar a fuego bajo la crema junto a la vainilla, cuando comience a hervir, retirar del fuego, tapar y reservar.<\/li><li>Con batidor de mano, mezclar la yema en polvo, agua fr\u00eda y az\u00facar hasta obtener una mezcla cremosa y p\u00e1lida. Verter la crema tibia poco a poco sobre esta mezcla sin dejar de revolver.<\/li><li>Pasar la mezcla por un colador, disponer en un jarro y porcionar en los moldes. En un recipiente apto para el horno, disponer un trozo de papel absorbente, luego los moldes y llenar con agua caliente hasta la mitad de los recipientes del postre. Hornear a temperatura media baja (150\u00b0C) por 30 a 45 minutos o hasta que la crema cuaje, pero que este temblorosa\/liquida al centro. Retirar del horno, dejar enfriar a temperatura ambiente, retirar del ba\u00f1o mar\u00eda y refrigerar hasta el momento de servir.<\/li><li>Antes de servir, espolvorear una fina capa de az\u00facar rubia sobre la natilla y quemarla con un soplete de cocina, si no posee uno, calentar con el horno en la funci\u00f3n de grilla por unos minutos hasta que el az\u00facar este caramelizada y dorada.
